This popsicle is intended to satisfy your chocolate cravings and of course cool you down from the summer sun!
It’s got the cocoa fudgie delight and it’s naturally sweetened with dates and bananas. These 3 ingredients marry each other well and the sprinkle of coffee is the cherry on top. Skip the coffee and you have a naturally sweetend dessert for your young ones at home 🙂
I came across this idea after I made this as a post workout shake (with a few modifications- let us know if you’d like us to share the recipe. I had some leftovers I put in my popsicle tray and what a delight it turned out to be!
Blend all items and about 1 cup almond milk. Give it a taste test and adjust accordingly, add a little more coffee if you want, dates etc. Look at blender to see how much shake you have made. You want about 3 cups to fill a standard 8 piece popsicle tray. Add some more almond milk if you need to or perhaps some leftover coffee that you have laying around. Once blended until smooth, freeze and you’re done!
If you enjoy this popsicle correctly, you will have a beautiful chocolate ring around your mouth.
